In this Edujam there was altogether seven (7) teams with five (5) team members in each one. Every team came up with a new solution that they pitched at the end of the event. By presenting the results, all the participants could learn from one another.

Through different types of interactive activities, teachers are able to move out of their comfort zones and explore new ways of thinking and to come up with and solving questions. At the end of the process, teachers acquire new knowledge personally as well as together within the teams. Participants understand the benefits of team-learning, develop an understanding of each other’s needs and clearly define problems that directly impact their environment.

By using a wide range of tools provided by the team coaches, teachers experienced the start of a team learning process, where individual learning and team learning work in conjunction for accelerated personal learning and team effectivity.
It is an interactive event that transforms the learner and develops permanent changes in knowledge, skills and attitudes.

When the educators in a whole municipality come together there is a lot of expertise and talk in the room. From the start the energy was very high, so high that the room didn’t settle. One of our coaches needed to take total control. This sparked an in-depth discussion about what is the role of the educator (teacher, coach etc.) and many voices clearly spoke for the self-responsibility of the learner.
