Adult education is the key to the sustainability and the prosperity of society in the future. Together with our project partners, we are helping adult educators to develop their relevant competencies.
In the project E-learning for 2035, we are firstly creating a foresight report on adult education in 2035. Based on that, we will develop an e-course concerning future competencies. We will also, promote/ facilitate/ guide/ encourage, increased cooperation between local, national and international education providers. At the end, we will disseminate the project outputs and support the development of the participating adult educators’ competencies.

The project partners are five organisations, working in the field of adult education: Educraftor (Finland), L.C. Educational (Cyprus), Ljudska Univerza Jesenice (Slovenia), Sintagmi (Italy) and Vestifex Adult Learning Centre (Estonia, the project coordinator).
Educraftor’s role is to help with foresight work for adult education in 2035 including overviews of the studies made
worldwide and recommendations for adult educators.
Besides this, in collaboration we will create an e-learning course, Competencies 2035, for adult educators. Educraftor’s input will focus on innovation and design thinking.
