In an era marked by rapid globalisation
and technological change, the need for
innovative thinkers and doers has never
been more critical.
Enter the International Entrepreneurship
Education (IEE) programme, a ground-
breaking initiative aimed at moulding the
entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
Created as part of an ERASMUS+ project
between 2018 and 2020,
this programme represents a
strategic partnership between
three visionary organisations:
Educraftor in Finland and
VitaTiim in Estonia, coordinated
by IAmTrading/MillCamp
Academy in Denmark.
The IEE programme is more
than just an educational course;
it's a transformative journey
designed to unleash the
entrepreneurial spirit within
young individuals.
The International Entrepreneurship
Education programme offers a
unique opportunity for young
people aged 15 to 26
to discover more about themselves,
identify their strengths, and craft a vision
for their future.
Unlike traditional education models, this programme emphasises self-discovery
and personal development
as much as it does academic
and business skills.
Situated in an international boarding
school setting, the IEE programme
immerses students in a richly diverse
environment that fosters learning not
just through textbooks, but through real-
world experiences and interactions.
This setting is pivotal in teaching that
learning transcends age; it is driven by
passion and interest.
The curriculum is thoughtfully
designed to take students through
a series of processes that transform
ideas into tangible realities.
Over the course of one year, participants
engage deeply with the core tenets
of entrepreneurship, including design
thinking, prototyping, teamwork,
and business fundamentals.
This comprehensive
approach ensures that
students not only dream up
innovative ideas but also
possess the practical skills
to bring these ideas to life.

foundation for students' future
academic and career endeavours.
